Setup File
Step 1: create your database from admin/settings.php file.
Step 2: $site change in order to end / with your web site address. Watch your www and ssl tags.
Name: $targetFolder is a folder where images added to the panel will be loaded.
If set to your home folder, then the value should be "/upload/" instead of "public_html".
But if you set up a folder, it should be "/folder name/upload/".
Step 4: If you don't use ssl, you have to write ten dollars without ssl.
Step 5: If you use the web extension, you should not use the $www extension to write ten off.
