remove quick thread

Removes quick thread function. Problems with the quick thread function: There's already a Post thread button, it's confusing to have redundant functions. Adds clutter to the forum view. Takes focus away from thread titles. (Before add-on is installed) (After add-on is installed)

Deletes a quick thread form.
