* Fixed: when saving Advanced Settings and no Cloaked Affiliate Links were defined, the script would still be inserted.
* Added: Using Analytics.js with Stealth Mode now uses the native sendHitTask interceptor, instead of the rewritten libraries, which is much more stable.
