Choose Topic Embed Image - add the ability to moderators to choose any attached image in the topic to be the embed image

This plugin will add the ability to moderators to choose any attached image in the topic to be the embed image. By default, IPS 4.2 uses the first attached image.

Note:

• As a moderator permission is needed and due to that, the option will appear only for moderators that can pin content.

• Add support to og:image Meta Tag so the embed image will also be used as the image to be used when you share a link in Facebook, Instagram, etc.
