[cXF] Enhanced Featured Content List - Show the default list of featured content and the featured content widget

Show the default list of featured content and the featured content widget (standard style) with images or icons. The main function is to display an image from the first post, a custom image or an icon in the Featured Content list and in the Featured Content widget (standard style) if there is no image in the first post.

Features:

option to adjust the radius of the image
if there is no image in the first post, you can set it to show the thread starter's avatar, a custom image...
