Enable translation using ChatGPT API.
Introduced option for users to select ChatGPT model for content generation or translation (defaults to the latest model).
Implemented model validation to retrieve available ChatGPT models based on the user's API key, ensuring only accessible models are used
Added support for translating the "Banner Anywhere" module.
