Unclear how to navigate this site.
Signed up, attempted to upload something and it cites I do not have permission.
Today got an alert that says to post my first message to get 3 points, but am not allowed to post.
the only place I have been able to post, via reply which is modded would not allow images to show.
Please advise as how I can participate in this community.
