(k4) Visible Warn - This plugin removes this limitation and makes warnings visible to everyone without exception.

By default in ips4, if you warn users or ban them, the warning message is visible only to Administrators or Moderators. This plugin removes this limitation and makes warnings visible to everyone without exception.
