Somewhat less confusing but still kind of confusing lol

It seems weird to earn 0 credits for uploading several resources but having to still pay to download any resource.... why would I multiple of my resources just to pay money to get anything back

Try to share something that people like or buy by self, you can get credits when someone was downloaded it. ,Until you upgrade to bronze member, Publishing credits events will activate

before bronze member,you only can get credits by someone was downloaded your content ,or High quality content is rewarded by NP TEAM
when you are bronze,you can get update and upload credits. this is mine

Lol. I tried my best to make it clear but I still can do better.
You earn credits on download or number of download (Uploading resources rank you higher tho - what technically make you get credits somewhat).
Hope I helped you with this tiny explanation.
