Plugin features:

• A ban to taking back reactions from content. You can set the time during which the reaction can be canceled.
• Prevent giving negative reaction if user has less than specified reaction score
• Prevent giving reactions to content created BEFORE the user's registration.
• Permissions can be configured both for groups and for groups in specific nodes / categories / albums.
