I just paid $5.00 via Paypal for 10 credits, transaction : 3XY01110DR899260T, but when I tried to download the file (Arrowchat Business) I got the below error. I tried different browsers, disabled my VPN and plugins, but it won't work. I even turned *off* the setting that blocks non secure downloads.

Please help!
