Post an update to another resource

I didn't want to start a new thread, so I posted update to resource

Now I see that my update is stored under a username hellobut. Why?

The system and credit are not so intelligent,sorry about, please submit new resources for yourself,when your content is lastest version content.

because he was first content submiter.now you can create new resource for new version ,if old version was not belond you
