[AndyB] Attachment browser 1.5

Added to options page "Add button thread view" option.

Remove no longer used code in a template.

Now supports sites which don't have Use full friendly URLs enabled.

Attachment browser link move to tab header as default. Options page has option to add Attachment browser button next to the Find button.
