Cannot Purchase Credits Via Mepsurf or Bitcoin

Пытался добавить больше кредитов, но опции не работают.
Добавил 2 скриншота ниже.
Пытался приобрести через Neosurf (было работать в прошлом)
Также пытался через Bitcoin, получаю эти ошибки.

Также пробовал разные браузеры.

Прошу помощи.

bitcoin was disable .you can try others .sorry about that .because $5 was request $4 hand fee.
It is not friendly for low price order
