[OzzModz] Conversation Email Limiter - limits the number of conversation reply email notifications

A simple add-on that limits the number of conversation reply email notifications to one email per recipient until the recipient reads the conversation.

After the recipient reads the conversation, they can receive another email.

There are no option settings for this add-on.
