Product not Display in shopping cart

Hi Guys from NullPro i have magento issue if i install any theme and i added the product to shopping cart and view cart page i don't see the product in cart page but if i back again to luma the product back show in cart page easy is there a solution i'm use magento 2.3.7

if there is a cart plugin to manage replace default part in the theme,you need to change issue code

i think the problem from version 2.3
